ZIP Codes with the Most Expensive Rent in Las Vegas Valley

(Stacker) – In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the Census Bureau launched a household survey in April 2020 providing weekly updates on how individuals and families have been affected during the pandemic. The data shows continued difficulties in finding work, food and paying rent.

Meanwhile, the pandemic has created a “tipping effect” on rents, with rental rates in the most expensive U.S. cities falling while rental rates have risen in historically cheaper areas.

Stacker compiled a list of zip codes with the most expensive rent in Las Vegas using data from Zillow. Cities are ranked by Zillow’s Observed Rent Index as of January 2021.
