Martha Stewart’s first restaurant planned for the Las Vegas Strip
It looks like Martha Stewart is about to open her first restaurant – and it will be on the Las Vegas Strip, in Paris Las Vegas. A demolition permit indicating that a space is cleared there to make room for the “Martha Stewart Restaurant” has been filed with Clark County.
Representatives for Stewart and Caesars Entertainment – notoriously low-key about the new projects – did not respond to requests for comment, but the permit indicates the involvement of Dezmotif Studios, a local architecture and interior design firm. .
There is a precedent for the new restaurant. Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis opened her first restaurant in 2014 at Cromwell, another Caesars establishment a short walk from Paris Las Vegas, and it has proven to be a huge success. She then opened Pronto, a much more casual restaurant and wine bar, at Caesars Palace in 2018.
Local industry representatives have welcomed the news of a possible Stewart spot.
